New Member Application

Welcome to the online application for Millstone Co-op! Thanks so much for your interest. We are also interested in YOU, and we have a few questions to determine basic goodness of fit to ensure that we are bringing in only folks with the highest happiness potential at Millstone.

Please try to have as much fun with this as you can have with an application. Let your personality, needs, quirks and uniqueness come through. Feel free to submit anything that you feel says something about you as a person/potential housemate. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, and while the format may seem formal, we as people are anything but.

So that you have an idea of the process: we use these applications to choose who we would most like to interview. We do interviews one at a time, so in the event that the first interviewee isn't a good fit for our house, we move on to the runner up, and so forth until we find an awesome match.

A few things to know about Millstone: We are a 6 minute walk from the Davis Square T stop, and a 10 minute walk from Porter Square. We have a spare bed for guests. We have lots of storage in our basement. We have wireless internet. We have off-street parking. We have laundry on site. We have a secure indoor space for bike parking/storage. We eat dinner together 3 times per week. We are a queer friendly house (also just queer, or just friendly :) Doesn't all of that sound great?
